• Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at john@stirling1314.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Photographic evidence of the damage will be required to process a replacement or refund.

• Refunds: In the case of damaged goods, we will offer a replacement where possible. If a replacement cannot be issued, a full refund will be provided to your original method of payment on receipt of the goods in question.
